Napalai Resort Hua Hin

Napalai Resort & Spa is located in southern Hua Hin’s Khao Takiap beach area, next to Khao Takiap Mountain. The resort features a spa, an outdoor pool, and a restaurant.

The Napalai Resort & Spa is 300 metres’ walking distance from the beach. It is a 10-minute drive from the city centre and Hua Hin Night Market. Hua Hin International Airport is about 11 km away.

Air-conditioned rooms come with a private balcony and attached bathroom. Each room is equipped with cable TV and a safety deposit box. Coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge with minibar are also provided.

Will never go back.
The taxi is right outside the hotel and the pool is not too bad.
The staff were very rude and unhelpful, it was very hard to communicate with them as barely any of them know any English. We accidentally spilt orange juice over the covers and they tried to charge up 600 bhat before even putting it in the washing machine which would’ve difinitely taken out the stain. The cleaners didn’t clean the room properly, they left old glasses and the floor and sheets were untidy. The balcony is very very small and the location is not great. Air con was very loud and the bathroom stank disgustingly. The food was very expensive, we paid nearly £8 just for 2 orange juices and one bacon sandwich, you could easily get that for less than £2 somewhere else.

What was the highlight of Napalai Resort & Spa
We decided that we wanted to be back at Napalai.
For us it was so well located and easy to get to anywhere. Looking out you'll be happy catching the view of the sea and the beautiful surroundings. The huge room and cleanliness felt made us feel comfortable. All in all, it had great value for money. Thanks Napalai, apart from few little things, we loved it there.
I'll be looking closely about breakfast when coming back again. It will be great if wifi could be improved. Oh, Half of the towels were kinda of old.
